Article VI – Local Organizations

Section 1

The Party shall only recognize and be affiliated with those county Central CommitteesAffiliates which aremeet Ohiothe Revisedfollowing:

A. compliantElect fora majorControlling politicalCommittee parties.(normally during even numbered years at a county convention.)

i. A County Controlling Committee shall consist of at a minimum a Chair, a Treasurer, and a Secretary.

B. Members of a County Affiliate must be members in good standing as defined by Article II.

Section 2

The Party Bylaws shall specify the minimum legal and internal requirements for county affiliation.
